We are extremely proud of the body of instructors we have assembled to lead you in achieving your fitness goals.  Each is a specialist in their craft.  Many of them possess credentials and experience in multiple disciplines - an added benefit you witness first-hand as they leverage techniques from one discipline to enhance your experience in another.  Meet the FIT Studio fitness team:
Jodi started her career in fitness in 1987 as a group instructor.  AFAA certified, her areas of expertise in group fitness include: Step, Spin, Body Conditioning, Interval Training, BODYPUMP and BODYSTEP.

Jodi is also an ACE certified personal trainer offering one-on-one and small group personal training for clients of all age ranges and fitness levels. 

Jodi's 13+ years as a sales executive reinforced for her the importance of client satisfaction - something she feels is essential in running a truly client-centered studio like FIT.  Jodi is happily married, has two beautiful daughters, and makes fitness an integral part of her daily routine.

Bio:
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Joe has competed in marathons, team adventure races and short-distance triathlons.  A longtime spinner, Joe is an Indoor Cycling Coach accredited through Schwinn Cycling and the Nautilus Institute.  As a FIT Studio owner, Joe most appreciates the direct role the studio is playing in helping coastsiders to lead healthy and active lifestyles.  His personal fitness goal is to keep up with his active young daughters.

Bio:
Diana has taught Body Conditioning for more than 8 years.  Leveraging her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Cal Poly SLO, she is intent on teaching sound principles of fitness mechanics in her classes while making every class experience enjoyable.  Diana possesses specialty certificates in Corporate Fitness and is ACE (personal training), AFAA and SCW certified.  Diana, happily married and mom to 3 young children, loves living on the Coastside and can be found spending time outdoors in her garden or enjoying a latte at Starbucks!

Bio:
Lele has been taking Pilates instruction for more than 6 years and possesses specialty certificates for Pilates Matwork and Pilates Small Apparatus.  Her enjoyment of teaching is clear to anyone taking her class, and she is always eager to share her knowledge, having received her Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education.  Lele is a longtime resident of El Granada and is happily married with 2 handsome and very energetic boys.

Bio:
Kate started out as a group fitness instructor while a college student at UC Davis.  In over 20 years of teaching, Kate has taught high impact aerobics, sculpting, spinning and Pilates.  She is a Nautilus Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor and a licensed Pilates instructor.  A former attorney, Kate studied classical ballet for 12 years and is also a Bikram yoga enthusiast.  Kate has lived in Half Moon Bay for 12 years with her husband and 2 daughters.

Bio:
Kerry has had a life-long passion for athletics, physical fitness, yoga and nutrition.  Her 20+ years of experience includes bodybuilding & conditioning; aerobics; 10K's; triathlons; 100-, 200- and 300-mile cycling events; yoga and meditation.  She holds three yoga certifications, is an indoor cycling coach certified through the Nautilus Institute, earned her group exercise certification through SCW, and is CPR certified.  She is also a member of Yoga Journal, AFAA, and SCW. She is currently enrolled in both a Masters and PhD program in Holistic Nutrition.  Kerry and her partner, Don, make their home in Half Moon Bay.

Bio:
A lifelong resident of the coastside, Andrea can be found rocking your world leading Indoor Cycling rides at FIT, occasionally stepping in to teach Body Conditioning and BOSU-based classes.  Leading indoor cycling rides since 1998 and most currently certified with Schwinn Fitness, Andrea also became ACE certified in Personal Training in 2000.  She is happily married to her husband and has 2 terrific children.
