Announcements:

#1:  We are adding an evening Pilates Mat class to our schedule beginning  Wednesday, November 4th.  Our Pilates Mat classes ~ all taught by the wonderful Lele ~ will now be offered four times a week.

#2:  We've added more Body Conditioning with Diana!  Join Diana Thursdays at 5:30pm.

#3:  You now have an option for dancing with the Zumba team Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday!

#4:  FLOW lovers - you will now have an option on Mondays at 6:45PM. Take BODYSTEP and stay for FLOW with Kate to lengthen and unwind your body. It is the perfect finish to your workout time.
A Note on Schedule Changes:

We will change the schedule from time to time throughout the year to keep pace with member feedback and instructors' life changes. 

You vote most powerfully with your feet, so when class attendance numbers drop below an average of 10 for any given class, we owe it to you to give it a grace period and then replace it with a more desirable class format and/or instructor if attendance remains low. 

You have our commitment to minimize the amount of change to our timetable - we all like predictability - and we appreciate your support of our goal to deliver the very best in group fitness programming.
