ZUMBA is a cardio-based dance workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom.  For everyone!

A cardio-vascular and muscle conditioning workout with pure focus on step aerobics.  Big fun! Intermediate to advanced.

With over 45 classes offered each week, we have a program that fits your style and speed.
Come prepared: we recommend comfortable cross-training shoes, water bottle and a towel.
